Ways to order:
Please call us at the location nearest you or order online HERE. All orders will receive a confirmation email. Please review your order carefully to ensure accuracy. After your event, you will receive a follow up phone call to ensure that you were pleased with our products and services.
Please be advised that any of our products may contain allergens, including flour and peanuts. Before placing your order, please inform us if a person in your party has a food allergy.
To better serve you, please place orders at least 48 hours in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate last minute orders, it is not always possible.
Some items, as indicated by the clock symbol, require 24 or 48 hours notice.
Orders may be cancelled, at no charge, if we are notified by the timelines listed:
Breakfast: 3 PM the previous day
Lunch or Dinner: 9 AM the day of
Social Catering: 48 hours prior to the event.
Cash, check, major credit cards and Viga Corporate Accounts.
There is a minimum delivery charge of $10.00 for all orders within walking distance. Additional delivery charges will be added, based on delivery location. Please ask your catering specialist or order online to understand delivery fees to your location.
Presentation & Set-up:
We tastefully present all of our chilled and temperate items on high grade reusable white platters. Hot entrees are served in recyclable pans. Chafing dishes are available for an extra charge of 10.00 per setup. All orders include paper products and serving utensils for the recommended number of people food will serve. Extra paper goods are available for .30 a set-up. Viga is proud to use environment-friendly paper products made from recycled items.
Each time you place an order of 50.00 or more you will receive a VIP Card. This card is redeemable at any of our locations and carries a value of 8.00. You may also choose to have your VIP Lunch delivered with your catering order. No purchase necessary to redeem card. VIP card has no cash value.
All orders subject to Massachusetts’ meals tax.
