Baked Kale Chips

This quick and easy recipe is delicious and nutritious. Consider replacing your potato chips or microwave popcorn for this tasty treat and enjoy a great snack without the guilt. 


Prep time: 10 Minutes

Cook time: 40 Minutes

Servings: 4



• 1 head of kale (or replace with a bag of pre washed kale)

• 2 tablespoons of extra vrgin olive oil

• Sea salt (to taste)


Preheat over to 275 degree F

• Remove the ribs (center stem) of the leaves and tear or cut into bite sized pieces

• Toss with olive oil and sea salt

• Lay on baking sheet in a thin layer

• Bake for 20 minutes, toss, and bake for an additional 20 minutes

• Let cool and serve
